I am walking to the river. Step by step. I am running to the river. It’s more than just a large puddle of water. I embraced it within me, it flowed through my fingers. This is a shared memory. A moment. And unique. From the past to the present, to breathe. Life and death intertwined within the cycle. I am here. I am a part of the infinite waters. A single droplet, and an endless expanse.
Nehre yürüyorum. Adım adım. Nehre koşuyorum. Bu büyük bir su birikintisinden de öte. İçime aldım, ellerimden aktı. Bu ortak bir anı. An. Ve biricik. Geçmişten şimdiye, nefes almak için. Döngünün içinde yaşam ve ölüm iç içe.

Transition - Between Apocalypse and Utopia
How does man locate himself in the network of nature? The PAErsche Aktionslabor cordially invites visitors to an excursion along the Rhine. Between the Hohenzollern Bridge and the Rhine Park, five international performance artists will explore the elements of water, fire, earth, air and ether as natural phenomena and investigate the interaction of these forces in a site-specific way.
